Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all kag999 bonuses:

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and kag999 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
